Things have gotten a little busy again, so I wasn’t able to do a lot of writing again. But there was part of this one relationship dynamic that wasn’t thrilling me, and I actually had some good ideas about it, so I did some editing on that today.

Thanksgiving obviously created some distractions, but today I read through what’s been written—I feel like it’s mostly OK, although the first chapter may be too focused on backstory. It’s hard because this is Book 4, and there’s a lot going on by this point….

I did some noodling with Tribulations today—nothing major, just something I wanted to add. Except that it’s laid out, so even minor changes require a lot of effort. At least it hasn’t gone to the copy editor yet.

990 words, whoo!

It’s been a little tough, not just because of the political drama but because of the end of Daylight Savings Time. I have a lot of heavy-duty landscaping/yard work to do, and I have to do it while there’s daylight. But it’s strenuous enough that I can’t landscape first and then write. So it’s a bit of a quandary—it looks like I finished writing early enough today to get on it, so that’s good.
